Raw materials used in cold forging process are supplied by ISO 9001-ISO 14001 quality systems certified companies together with the respective chemical analysis reports.

The raw materials approved by the initial quality control specifications are cleaned up by the high end surface cleaning methods in our 10.000 ton/p.a. capacity plant and prepared for the phosphate coating and cold forming processes.

Following quality control inspection, parts pass to the tapping process in special tapping machines.

The quality of the initial and mass production made in supervision of specialized and experienced operators is kept under control by the computer assisted Statistical Process Control (SPC).
